Associate

As our operations in Australia, London and Asia grow, Corality Financial Group is recruiting a wave of Associates. We are looking for numerical excellence, business acumen and project management skills. Our Associates need to be naturally good communicators, report writers and deal with multiple demands on their time. Corality’s assignments are truly global. With offices in London, Singapore and Sydney and a comprehensive range of services there are plenty of opportunities to travel internationally.

Corality is an analytical consulting firm specialising in financial modelling, advisory, model audits and training. Our client base spans a wide range of industries; from banking and finance, construction and development through to retail and corporate clients. We offer analytical consulting services in various sectors including investments, corporate finance, project finance, private equity, risk, strategy, operations, commercial and accounting.

Your responsibilities

Our assignments are truly global, with three offices and a comprehensive range of services there are plenty of international travel opportunities.

Generally we would expect you to already have a background in financial modelling, project finance, model audits, corporate finance, private equity, valuations, M&A or even management consulting – this experience is highly regarded however not critical – we welcome a wide range of backgrounds, in fact it’s one of our secrets of success!

Your skills

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 3-10 years professional experience in an analytical consulting role (involving financial modelling)
• Exceptionally good report writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly to clients
• A natural talent for business development through client satisfaction and promotional thinking
• A passion for solving problems and communicating often challenging analytical concepts to clients
• The most attention to detail out of anybody you know!
• Potentially varied background, we welcome a wide range of disciplines
• Exceptional university qualifications
• Tertiary qualification, such as Accounting or CFA / Masters of Finance underway
• A desire to work on and understand often complex financial transactions including debt focussed project finance, PPP, valuations, M&A, valuations and also broader corporate decision making and risk assessment.
