Corality Training: new business unit under Corality Financial Group

In order to sustain Corality’s strong business growth, Corality’s Board of Directors has decided to make Corality Training a separate business unit within Corality Financial Group. The restructure is a strategic initiative to meet market demands and allow further growth while driving business performance.

New Head of Training

Caroline Wiroth has been appointed Head of Training and will face the challenge of growing Corality’s entire training business, including both public and in-house training. Working previously as the Marketing Manager at Corality, Caroline holds a thorough understanding of the market and the business challenges Corality faces.

The new business unit will focus on positioning the Corality Training brand in the global market, the development of new courses and course formats as well as maintaining the highest quality standards of course content and delivery.

“I am excited about focusing my efforts more on Training and the opportunities that lie within this fast growing sector. We want to grow Corality into a market leader in our segment and I’m looking forward to working on our extensive line-up of projects to reach this goal.”
Caroline Wiroth, Head of Training

Dedicated Training team

Corality’s increased focus on training will be supported by further recruitment. Delivered by active industry specialists globally, Corality Training provides a comprehensive suite of financial modelling, Excel/VBA, project finance and industry specific courses. The courses are delivered world-wide and designed to suit the needs of analysts, investment bankers, project finance and corporate finance professionals, industry specialists and senior management.

  • Caroline Wiroth,Head of Training
  • Theo West, Director Content
  • Brooke Cashman, Training Coordinator

Supporting Caroline will be Theo West as Director Content and Brooke Cashman asTraining Coordinator. Theo is a project finance expert and an experienced financial modelling trainer having delivered tailored training programmes around the world. Theo will be responsible for the on-going improvement of the technical content for all Corality training programmes as well as the development of new courses. Brooke Cashman joined Corality as a Training Coordinator in 2012 and is responsible for course delivery, course logistics and overall client service.

Financial modelling courses – what does the future hold?

Over the next few months Corality Training will start the development of new courses and new course formats as well as initiatives designed to improve the overall customer experience. We are looking at offering public courses at additional locations globally, expand our course portfolio; and the way we deliver our courses and our in-house training will evolve with the focus to improve the client experience.

We are all looking forward to being involved in this journey and to experience how Corality Training will grow in 2013.
