Power station project financings in Germany, hospital developments in Canada, airport investments in Senegal, oil project assessments in Mexico, mining project analysis in Kazakhstan, port/rail infrastructure modelling in Indonesia and Australian solar project feasibility analysis.
It’s just another day in the office at Corality.
Making the right decisions in complex situations requires confident analysis. Corality delivers exceptional experience in investment analysis, corporate finance and project finance. Our team has deep industry expertise across a broad range of industry sectors which ensures we deliver relevant and powerful results, every time. It all works together.
Corality’s financial modelling methodology, SMART, allows us to work efficiently to deliver consistent quality, powerful analysis and user-friendly financial models to consulting clients and in training courses. SMART is proven, tested and internationally recognised for effective professional financial modelling.
Since our first small office in Sydney in 2006, Corality now has a significant headquarter in Sydney CBD and has established offices in London, Vancouver, Singapore and Perth. We continue to explore the world for new opportunities and strategic relationships. With a dedicated global team, we remain proudly independent from financiers, advisors and accounting firms. We have received growth awards from Australian BRW, the business magazine, for four consecutive years (2009-2012) with an average annual growth in excess of 50%.
From day one Corality has been servicing a global client base and over the years our cross-office project management routines and technology has allowed seamless work across time zones – effectively giving our clients a 24 hour team without compromise. Where other firms see difficulties in working across time-zones, we see opportunities to work efficiently around the clock with local project and client management. A typical day at Corality involves power station project financings in Germany, hospital developments in Canada, airport investments in Senegal, oil project assessments in Mexico, mining project analysis in Kazakhstan, port/rail infrastructure modelling in Indonesia and Australian solar project feasibility analysis. It’s in our DNA.
In 2006, Nick Crawley (B.Sc. Theoretical Astrophysics, MSc. Applied Finance) from London and Rickard Warnelid (M.Sc. Physics, MBus Finance) from Stockholm founded Navigator Project Finance in Sydney, Australia. Using their respective professional backgrounds with Ernst & Young / ANZ Investment Bank and DNB NOR / Skandia / Lacima Group / Commonwealth Bank they quickly established a reputation as a niche global consultancy in the project finance sector, providing financial modelling consulting services and training courses. Corality Financial Group was established through organic growth and a merger with spun-off entity Corality in 2011. Both founders continue to work hands-on with Rickard as the Managing Director and Nick Crawley as working Chairman.
