Our Senior Team

Nick has an academic grounding in astrophysics which led to financial modelling with EY in London and project finance structuring with ANZ in Sydney. These highly complementary paths drove Nick to a complete understanding and minimisation of financial modelling risk. His relentless quest to explain everything in a simple and transparent way has been captured in the pioneering developments of the SMART financial modelling methodology.

Rickard Wärnelid
Rickard Wärnelid Group CEO

Rickard's passion for financial modelling is built on specialist roles in the highly quantitative fields of derivatives and project finance, a career path complemented by an academic grounding in engineering physics. Born in Sweden and with global consulting and leadership experience, Rickard is an internationally recognised authority, speaker and thought-leader on the organisational benefits of best practice financial modelling.

Haydn Palliser
Haydn Palliser Managing Director - EMEA

As a Chartered Professional Engineer, Haydn is experienced across engineering, management consulting and finance. Originally from New Zealand, Haydn now leads Corality's European headquarters. He has led multi-billion dollar projects across the infrastructure, power and mining sectors globally. Haydn specialises in strategic consulting and transaction advisory services.

Peter Weatherston
Peter Weatherston Director

Peter has extensive experience in building and reviewing complex financial models for large projects. Scottish-born and a UK qualified public sector accountant, Peter has overseen the build or audit of well over 200 financial models for corporate and project-specific transactions across the globe, including PPPs, government procurement and resource assignments.

John Graham
John Graham Director

Australian-born, and a PhD in Mathematics, John’s expertise is in financial modelling and analytics, with a specific focus on energy and infrastructure. His models, built to value assets, inform decisions and provide comfort to debt and equity providers, combined with his deep mathematical skills, capture inherent industry economics and embedded optionality.

Dallas Karrasch
Dallas Karrasch Head of Finance & Administration

Australian-born, Dallas is responsible for the overall finance and administration function of the Corality firm worldwide. She has a background in finance and funds management with previous roles including equities at Rothschild Asset Management, and account management at Schroders Investment Management.

Caroline Wiroth
Caroline Wiroth Director - Training Academy

Caroline is a senior marketing professional with experience in sales, marketing and public relations. As a Director, she is responsible for the growth and development of the Corality Training Academy. Caroline was born in Sweden, and now resides in Australia.

Anna Louie
Anna Louie Associate Director

Anna has experience across analysing global transactions, consolidating and improving large scale project finance models, and understanding detailed operational structures. Anna has particular experience in providing financial analysis and transaction support for power and renewable projects worldwide, supported by her actuarial academic background. Anna has a Korean heritage, joining Corality in Sydney and transferring to the London office in 2011.

Eugene Moshan

A Russian-born electrical engineer with a Wharton MBA, Eugene combines a decade of experience at EY with a significant real estate investment career. His deep commercial experience in financial management and business planning makes him a sought-after consultant in both technical and commercial projects

Dan Jordi

A Swiss native and based in Corality's Sydney office, Dan ensures that client engagements meet the highest quality and that our tailored service offering meets the needs of all stakeholders. Guided by his principles of relationship management developed with institutional clients at Credit Suisse, Dan has an absolute commitment to life-long client relations.

Tim Heng
Tim Heng Associate Director - Training Academy

Tim’s broad analytical skill set includes project finance banking, corporate analytics and investments with organisations including OCBC and Toyota. He has extensive experience in delivering specialist training courses to a global client base. His current focus is to ensure the ongoing development and improvement of the technical content for all Corality’s training programmes.

Michael Michaelides
Michael Michaelides Commercial Strategy Manager

Michael develops commercial solutions tailored to the requirements of senior decision makers including infrastructure sponsors, pension funds and investment banks. Michael was born in Cyprus and has a professional background with CIT Group, a Fortune 500 company providing lending, leasing and advisory services around the globe.

Kate Payne
Kate Payne Marketing Manager

Kate is an experienced professional services marketer. Australian-born, she is responsible for integrated marketing and communications, strategic planning and brand management for Corality worldwide. Prior to Corality, Kate worked for EY in a number of marketing roles, including on their global Entrepreneur Of The Year program.

Kenny Chew

Kenny’s transaction experience and technical brilliance make him a perfect project lead in the infrastructure, energy and natural resources industries. Malaysian, with an actuarial background, he extends his exceptional knowledge of Excel and VBA in technically challenging consulting projects and specialist training courses.
